The Little Cayman Clinic is located directly adjacent to the Little Cayman School on the smallest Cayman Islands. Clinics are conducted Monday through Friday and a resident nurse is available to make home visits. 

The Little Cayman Clinic regularly hosts visiting physicians from Cayman Brac. Their advanced facilities feature a waiting area, treatment room, triage area, doctor's office and dental office.
